Lali Navarro
Lali’s lifelong passion for animals shines through in everything she does. From caring for her own dogs and cats to rescuing and rehoming strays, she has always been devoted to animal welfare and advocacy. Her dedication even extended to her time at the University of California, Riverside, where she actively supported animal rights causes.
With over 20 years of experience in the animal industry, Lali has worked in nearly every corner of the field. From helping run a holistic pet food store to managing a large daycare and boarding facility. Through these experiences, she saw firsthand what many pets truly need: personalized care, patience, and an environment where they can thrive.
That insight inspired her to create Furry Babies Dog Walking & Pet Sitting, a service built on compassion, trust, and one-on-one attention. Lali believes every animal deserves individualized care and genuine love.
“I love all the animals entrusted in my care, and treat them as if they are my own.”
In addition to running Furry Babies, Lali is an active member of the Schipperke Club of America, volunteers at local animal shelters, and participates in community events that support pets and their people.

Lauren Stebbins
Lauren believes that true happiness is having a pet around. Though she has been surrounded by animals her whole life, it was this philosophy that finally encouraged her move into the pet industry in 2009. She began working at a dog daycare, mainly so she could bring her dog to work with her - ha! Since then, Lauren has also worked in a holistic grooming environment, and privately as a dog walker and pet sitter in both Orange County and San Diego.
Lauren is always the first person friends call to look after their pets while they're out of town, or even for just a general question about pet care.
She has a great respect for people who care so deeply for their animals and loves to provide the same love and attention to furry babies whose parents are away.

Brett Navarro
Brett is currently a Park Ranger whose passion for animals and the environment extends far beyond his workday. Before becoming a park ranger, he served as an Animal Services Officer for 15 years, giving him experience in animal care, welfare, and advocacy. His expertise, dedication, and meticulous care make him a wonderful addition to the Furry Babies family.
Throughout his career, Brett has devoted himself to helping and advocating for animals. He enjoyed hiking, spending time with his own furry companies, and ensuring that all pets receive the same love and attention they deserve.
Brett is also my husband, which makes working together even more special! It's especially helpful when splitting and alternating caring four our own pets while doing overnight stays for others. It not only ensures that every furry baby gets the attention they need, but also relives our own guilt about leaving out fur babies alone.
Brett's high standard of care perfectly reflects the Furyy babies motto. "Because they're family too"
